Booking Confirmation

To confirm participation in a trip, participants must pay the full amount either in a single payment or in installments, according to the available options, but no later than 20 days before departure. If an installment plan extends beyond this time frame, the remaining balance must be paid manually by contacting our team.

We reserve the right to cancel a participant’s booking if full payment has not been received by the deadline.

Refund Policy

Trips are organized based on confirmed participants and require proper planning. If for any reason you decide not to participate, cancellations must be communicated in writing and will be effective from the date of the email.

• Cancellation of an unconfirmed trip: Participants are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus a 150 CHF administrative fee.
• Cancellation of a confirmed trip:
  • More than 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total amount, excluding the 150 CHF administrative fee.
  • Between 59 and 30 days before departure: 25% refund of the total amount, excluding the 150 CHF administrative fee.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be provided if a participant leaves an ongoing trip for any reason.

Cancellations or Changes by Moai.ch

The proposed itinerary and program may vary from what is published on the website. If any paid activity included in the offer is not carried out, its equivalent will be refunded in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months.

In the case of exceptional and unforeseeable natural disasters or civil unrest (such as war or severe political crises), the trip will be automatically canceled, participants will be notified by email, and a new trip will be proposed at a different location and/or date.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to an insufficient number of participants, making the trip economically unfeasible. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded minus a 150 CHF administrative fee, which will be converted into a voucher valid for 12 months.

If the photography workshop component cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, the trip will still be carried out with a coordinator, and the portion of the fee corresponding to the workshop will be refunded or converted into a voucher for another trip.

Liability

We are not responsible for any refunds related to non‑refundable airline tickets or tickets purchased directly by participants through airlines or travel agencies. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance.

Hotels or car rentals are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective companies.

Newsletter

Clients who are not yet subscribed will be added to our Newsletter, which is used to share updates such as new trips or special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email.

WhatsApp Group

A WhatsApp group with all participants will be created before departure to facilitate communication and coordination. If, for any reason, you do not wish to be included, please let us know immediately after registration.

Discounts

Discount codes and gift cards cannot be combined and are not applicable to already discounted trips.
